Stitch Me Together Poem by Janine Alyssa Navarro

Stitch Me Together

Stitch me together
With your careful hands,
I bleed black and white
Speak to my lungs
The color of your smoke
Beckon upon the trees
Elevate me into your frame
My beliefs sink into yours
I disappear in the breeze
Be my hunger, my thirst
You are a forbidden aching
