Rocking to the aid of SARS-battered Toronto
Rock-hardened warriors fighting in the name of rock and roll
Weathering perpetual storms of controversy
Sex drugs and rock and roll scarring your eternal soul
Persevering to become the greatest of Rock's legends
Shaking rattling and rolling your stones to martyrdom
Tonight you are indeed saviours
Rockers with everlasting faith
Resurrected for the greater cause
O stalwart ones, we salute you
Rescuing us from the ignorance
Marring our enlightened city
We have endured and are conquering this confounding and dreaded SARS
And with your benefit will become the cosmopolitan city
We tip our hat to the legendary Rolling Stones
And give you the key to your chief favourite city
