Tears are burning,
They're very unconcerning
And I am learning
To shut up and sleep
Shut up & sleep

Anger is boiling
It's filling to the top
And I am learning
To scream and then stop
Scream & stop

Scream & Stop
Shut up & Sleep
Shut up & Stop
Scream & Sleep

I SCREAM in my SLEEP
Then SHUT UP and STOP

Well, apparently not
I should shut up and stop, shouldn't I?
Maybe I should scream for a little and then sleep
That would be nice
