Stories Of Two Sworn Enemies?

One swears,
While the other repairs.
One envies the other,
But the other only wishes him better.
The former is just condescending,
While the latter is quite respecting
The swearer who smears the other.
And prefers to remain the doctor.
At the end, who may be the loser?
Certainly not the latter
