Storm
There was a sudden storm,
Intense eccentric winds blew
To isolate the living thirst
Of the desolate soul,
And recapture the vivacious feelings
Amidst the cruel scorching heat,
Fantasising the sensual touches
Of forbidden affection.
The heart pounded with glee
Anticipating the everlasting farewell
Of deep sorrowful insight!
The broken mind leaped in jubilance
Dancing in tune with the rapid cyclone
Longing stealthily to hold
A handful of passionate dreams,
With the advent of torrential downpour,
Wishing to race like an insane stallion
To reach the distant misty horizon
That slowly turned colourful
With the vibgyor surrounding all around
Riding through the meandering path
Drenched in romantic rains.
