Storm Poem by Joshua Wyatt

Storm

A man stands at a door.
He hears the scream from the other side.

Fear lies in his stomach...
He knows what can happen....

If he is not strong the storm will take him,
that he will be just another caught in the winds.

He steps through the doorway
the storm screeches with anger.

The raging winds gain strength
They begin to push tears from his eyes.

The storm knocks him to one knee
It whispering failure in his ear.

A breeze of faith pick him
he begins to takes tiny steps.

He is going deeper into the storm
He is becoming a Storm Rescuer.
