Streetlight Images Luminous Immobility Poem by Terence George Craddock

Streetlight Images Luminous Immobility

Rating: 5.0

streetlights are signs things are ok...
at least we know the streetlight works
electricity is running without problems

streetlights on poles
at measured spaced
controlled distances

interesting illuminous solidity
immobility in streetlight images
rain fog or clear night shadows

a lamp or candle would
be classical more romantic
a touch of coloured LCD

lights more enticing
creatively inviting
styles tech changing

but the streetlight
like a lighthouse
is an unmistakeable

irresistible
point of meeting
for those in the dark...
