Stress Can Kill You Poem by Sam Arjomandi

Stress Can Kill You

stress can kill you
slowly breaks down your system then it destroy you

The measure of a man strength is how much he can handle stress
Is not the size of his manhood or how much weights he can press

Statistic shows stress is the number one cause of heart attack
because it converts the fat in the body to wax that's why your vein gets block

How do you know that you have too much stress
When you react irrational to normal events around you or your blood pressure is in such a mess

Remember even a rich dead man doesn't worth a penny
Once stress killed him he can't buy his life back with his money

always live within your limits
Do not wear a shoes that doesn't fit
