Strong Love Poem by Dorsey Baker

Strong Love

the immortality of
fleshly bonding
strongly responding
to its urgent call
the world of nature
has its rise
and fall
willing to give
up life for death
the feeling is felt
climb out your sleepy bed
strength has killed weakness dead
monster lovers emerge
and with a passionate kiss
remove the salty sweetness
from the others' slippery tongue
wanting each other
much too strong
