Stultus Arbitratus

Falling in love with you,
Was the worst thing I've done,
But I was so happy with you,
I had so much fun

You seemed like a great person,
You were so nice and kind,
I was so happy I met you,
Girls like that are hard to find

I fell in love with you so quickly,
All I ever thought about was you,
Soon we starting dating,
I thought our love was true

But eventually we broke up,
My whole life fell apart,
I had no friends, bad anxiety,
And now a painful broken heart

My happiness just vanished,
I had nothing to look forward to,
I wanted to die,
And every day I felt blue

I missed you so much,
I just wanted you back,
I was ecstatic when we dated again,
But I was stupid for that

I treated you like a princess,
I gave you everything I had,
Despite all my efforts,
You treated me so bad

I couldn't take it anymore,
You didn't appreciate me at all,
I had to end things between us,
Finally I made the right call

But you seemed like you didn't care,
You just did things with other boys,
You were such a whore,
You used people as toys

But I guess you win,
You're a whore, but at least you're happy,
You would laugh at me for these poems,
You would say they're so sappy

In the end, you're happier,
You have a special someone and lots of friends,
The only thing I have is my dignity,
I hope that never ends

You weren't there when I needed you most,
I will never forgive you for that,
Falling in love with you was a bad idea,
And I really regret that

poet William Wordsworth

I

I AM not One who much or oft delight
To season my fireside with personal talk.--
Of friends, who live within an easy walk,
Or neighbours, daily, weekly, in my sight:
