Oh Blackpool was a fun-filled resort
One of Europe's finest...
With every amenity, lacking for nought
And we left all our cares behind us.

Entertainment, second to none
Modern dancing and sandy beaches.
Lengthy hours in God's summer sun
Uplifting music which never ceases!

We walked along the Promenade
And how we loved that 'Golden Mile'
Our friends will receive a beautiful card
Because we've 'honeymooned' in style.
