Suicidal Zombie Poem by John Ackerman

Suicidal Zombie

flat lined
burning bridges
the midnight oil
cover me cover me make me feel whole
tip toed
the road is rough
tri polite
police on the scene
breathing rapidly

the mania
vast hysteria
words that stir ya
stero noise
cold clap in the dark
living on the edge
going to my head
sitting up at night alone in bed

crushed skulls
black pitched knives
skulls and crossbones
night time noise
zombie in my bed
night of the living dead
face filled with lead
Mother Superior jumped the gun
flames

manic again
pillow over face
social disgrace
Peyton Place
