Suicide - Poem by Monica CruzHerbert

Suicide

Suicide suicide what a deadly game
To live or to die, it's all the same
So many ways to end your life
Hanging, overdose, wrist cutting, even
Inhaling carbon monoxide.

Suicide suicide come knock on my door
Please let the blood seep from my pores
let them find my helpless body on the cold cement floor

Suicide suicide, why do I yearn for your touch
Let the gas from my car soak up my bed,
let the fire burn my soul dead

Suicide suicide, you love me so much
Why can't everyone see the lust you bring me..
Suicide suicide I will see you on the other side
Where people walk around with empty souls
Where it's dark and cold
Where the after life is never known......
