Suicide Queen Poem by G J Salgado

Suicide Queen

Goddess of the moon she is the chosen one of the dark
Sweet duchess she keeps our souls alive
She will always remember and know who we are
We are the children that she loves when all we want to do is die

By lighting the fire that no longer wants to burn
Giving us a chance to choose between life or death
Igniting the gift of light when we remain torn
Lifting us unto a new way that takes away our debt

To make us whole once again making our life right
Without consequence of such transgressions
Moments of when the day met with the night
Seeking our hearts to be forgiven of guilty decisions

Dreaming of a time when she could be mine
We parted our ways so that we could say goodbye
Finally accepting our fallen sorrows in everything it means
Finding our way through for the very last time
No crimes against sin for she has saved our lives
All in the name of the angel known as the Suicide Queen
