Why oh Why are people thinking that taking
Their lives is acceptable as their final end on earth?
In anguish, to family and friends the burden rest, for they,
Thereafter, are left suffering; brokenhearted, wondering why!

In sorrow they ask themselves; “was enough help given? ”
Truly, when pain and hopelessness attack the conscious
And subconscious mind, the suicidal person in most cases
Begs for attentioin. Please, lend a helping hand if you can!

Why should family and friends be left with the
Burden and sorrow of those who take their lives?
Must it be talked about longer than necessary?
Speak to the person who thinks suicide is the answer to life:
Tell them; “they can cope with pain, it is temporary;
They can reduce tension in their body by thinking positive,
That the resources to overcome suicide are within them.”

Help to Stop Suicidal talk now!
Help to Stop those being frightened of life with love!
Try and Stop putting others down!
If you know the dark side of someone’s life,
Guide them to the Source of Everlasting Glory.
Search yourself, let not “If Only” be your lot for failing
To help the beautiful life you have seen, plunder.

You have it in you to be joyful.
You have it in you to live your life well.
Pain and hopelessness will pass; tell the suidical person.
Tell them they are special in all ways,
That they are needed on planet Earth.
Give thanks for your precious life.
