Sunrise Sign Missing
Now I used to live on the Avenue
named Sunrise-
The avenue's sign has gone missing
which is a surprise.
Only the people who already
know of this street—
can find their way to it
without a map of it on a sheet.
Is this sign a trophy on a wall somewhere?
Is this a sign that the street itself is invisible
to the sun's glare?
Sunrise is still the street I used to live—
it is the last name to my poet's alias.
