Sunset Poem by Ronald Chapman

Sunset

Why does the sun wave goodbye?

Ambient sun slowly command dead pink red heavens,

Dimming sky quietly leads the night,

Sun falls like rosy bright reds,

Sky bleeding!

Bleeding slowly, reds wave,

All winds sink clear orange skies,

Winds travel like glowing horizon twilight breezes,

Bedtime twilight waves like a cold empty sky,

Darkness, darkness, and desolation!

Moon slowly views the hills,

The dim wind gradually brings the stars,

Life is a stunning night.
