Sunset Poem by Mohammed Hassan (Piracy In The Mediterranean)

Sunset

Rating: 3.5

after a rainy day, tell me what you will find?
nothing for today, because my life has died
I don't know if the rainbow is still coloreful
and I don't know if the gray is still punished

these shiny rays cover the world for few hours
then disappear to hide into the dark realms
this beauty is nothing but an illusion far from trust
sunset is nothing but a name and a grand bluff

gaze into your home long enough
to make the distant memories
we will be sunblind by its rays
through the next forty five days

in moments heart changes from
light and smile into night darkness
a stunning view it's hard for man
not to stare at its magnificence

I don't care about sunset now
after I grew up I got it's a grand lie
when the sun is covered by clouds
you have to watch the traitors

i'm coming from seas depths
and there's nothing in my head
sea gulls are hunting fish with me
father, now you can be proud of me
