What can you see beyond the squalor?
I see a future and its getting taller
Who knows what lies ahead?
But for right now I’m certainly feeing dead

Yet I see the
Sunshine River in the moonlight
Flowing past the times and nightmares
Bobbing past the envious stares
Calling for someone
Calling for me

I’m swept away in a gentle path
I’ve just been given my life’s bath
And I know not where I be going
But sure the rivers keeps on flowing

Hop in the
Sunshine River in this moonlight
Wash away your sorrow
And show you to tomorrow
It took care of someone
It took care of me
