Swallowing Razorblades Poem by Jessica Thompson

Swallowing Razorblades

Rating: 5.0

Love feels like.
You're swallowing razorblades.
Choking on every breath.
Seizures constantly.
Your heart stops.
Never to beat again.
You're swallowing razorblades.
Love is like a blade.
Slicing at your wrists.
Spilling blood.
Over and under my feet.
Like hanging by a belt.
Love bought you.
You're swallowing razorblades.
Suffocating on the word.
Love.
