Sweet Memory Poem by Jennie Bajamundi

Sweet Memory

I read my life alone
Without no one to come along,
Mysteries keep on calling me, but
I was too frail to answer.
Then one day, you came,
I saw my book of life’s not the same
It’s not the same as the yesterday
For its colored and not gray.
Now, I’m left alone again
But for me tears should not be gained
For I love life dearly than you.
Though it may seem I never treasure you
Deep inside me, I loved you
And you, you remain in me
You remain as a sweet memory.
