Today I speak
a volume steeped in revenge
no more yearn
a burning desire to avenge

to far off lands
happily dressed and away
where to then?
to the towers that sway?

That iconic curio
Lets go and enjoy
Darkly I sniffle
At the fabulous ploy

hold your hand
in such a tender display
then in my heart
let demons gladly play

see in your eyes
a welling romantic dream
too sad, sigh!
soon a horrible scream

as you slide down
a shed pebble of Pisa
I atop scowl
watch with a smile of Lisa

Ah! So sweet
Is to even the score
down on the street
look at a completed chore
