Swells Up Poem by Brian Minniear

Swells Up

I live on the path of my own destruction
Seek, behind me
Outside broken where inside wells up
In fists and explosions,
Preceded, followed
By volumes of silence.

I live on the path to my own destruction -
Sought, before me
Outside swollen where inside breaks
In volumes of silence,
Preceded, followed
By fists and implosions.

Seeing stars.
