Tà Grà Agam Duit
I said I’d never fall in love,
I’ve seen too many friends hurt by its presence.
Love isn’t white, like a dove,
It’s a dark, mind controlling intelligence.
They say that first love if the sweetest,
For me it’s a horrible thing.
With this love, I fell the deepest,
She was the prettiest thing I’d ever seen.
It started off great!
We got on like a house on fire.
Then I got into such a state,
When of having me around, she did tire.
Such a lot happened in a small space of time;
So many feelings and emotions.
Everything before was sublime,
We were just going through the notions.
I knew happiness with Nicola wouldn’t last -
It never does.
I wish I could get over this love fast,
But this woman gives me such a buzz.
