Tagore Song (154) I Keep My Ear Fixed On The Door Of My Heart-Interior Poem by Tushar Ray

Tagore Song (154) I Keep My Ear Fixed On The Door Of My Heart-Interior

(ami kan pete roi - - bare bare)

Time and time again I keep my ear fixed
On the door of my heart-interior
To hear the secret tune of cry and laughter
Of my secret-indweller secrectly

The bumblebees become homeless
For that very secret blue-lotus,
Some lonely night-bird sings alone
Times and times again in darkness-
Who knows how it relates to me
Some I guess giving some hints
And some I do not understand
Once a while his word is expressed in me
I know he knowingly sends words
In unknown tunes again and again
