Take proper care
Else you may land somewhere
You may find it hard to carry
You will curse and forget to merry

Better wake up and nurse properly
Shape it well and in manner very orderly
Enjoy the fruits and stand erect
With nice posture and stand correct

The healthy body and mind go together
Worry free life and need not to bother
Full activeness through out the time
Prevents a person from committing any crime

Think well and perform too well
There won’t be any bad story to tell
Helps the society and nation too
Great substance in it and very true

Any nation is prosperous if citizens are healthy
I may lead to stability and called also wealthy
Less spending on health and more on welfare
If we contribute little and take care
