Talk Of Love Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Talk Of Love

Come warm yourself at the fire
Clowns, willow trees, summer rain
Sit by the magic of the sea
Primal scent like seaweed on rocks
Tides flow in rhythmic love
Every land is an exotic woman
Wash me in clouds of thunder
No one escapes desire
Talk of honor, talk of history
Kisses that cannot be forgotten
The touch of her hair
Candles in her eyes
I've seen the Irish sea
Gazed on the Colorado Mountains
We talk of our travels
Discuss the wonders of the earth
Oh how much fire is in your heart?
Two bodies in the moonlight
I shall talk of love forever
