Taller than you
She encircled my neck with her beautiful arms and
raised her sweet voice in the air
“‘O’ Dad I am taller than you”
I fell on the earth from the sky
after hearing her melodious voice.
I realize my duties with her growth.
I have to arrange her marriage,
Which is a difficult task
in our Indian society.
There are several obstacles like caste, clan, religion and
money in the way.
It is a universal problem of unaccountable parents in this world.
