Tanka Simple Joys Poem by Eddie Roa

Tanka Simple Joys

Rating: 5.0

(tanka)
Nuns oblivious of
Others in a secluded glade
Frolicked like children
Beneath sturdy branches
Picking up low-lying ripe fruits

NUNS seem to have lost stature in the last few decades. very sad, when they seem always busy doing the Lords work.
