Tearbomb Poem by Mark Hopwood

Tearbomb

Rating: 4.0

Tears falling from the sky
Splash upon the ground below
Exploding into fragments in my mind
Floating off to join the stream
And merge into the rivers flow
Waiting in the shadowlands behind.

Beyond the stones the sinking sun
Falls underneath the ground so low
And wraps around the raging dusk of space
It weeps into the gapping cracks
And spreads along with trails in tow
Moving endlessly to find its place.

While you're too far out to sea
To see whats happening to your world
The waves roar around your soul
And the secrets become unfurled
The Secrets became unfurled.

So dragging on with weight of age
Through many many ages more
Searching for the many things to find
Rising from the darkened cave
And entering the minds steel doors
Then covering your eyes so you are blind.
