Tell Me Your Whispers Poem by MELVIN BANGGOLLAY

Tell Me Your Whispers

Silence truly deafens my ears
With its annoying breaths
but tell me your whispers
lurking from your heart's depths
and thy soul will surely hear
with all its love it had kept
for only you could ever clear
the tears of loneliness it weep.

Tell me your sweet whispers
to ease the pain my soul swept
for by its every moan, I discover
touch of hope to make me sleep
to behold quagmire of hell I fear
from the time you left me to weep
with raindrops of painful tears
that broke my heart so deep.
