Telling Fairy Tales 2. “what A Lean Billy-Goat! ” Poem by Konstantin Ananin

Telling Fairy Tales 2. “what A Lean Billy-Goat! ”

Rating: 5.0

- “What a lean Billy-goat! ” said
Wolf hiccupping when he’d had
The poor goat for lunch.
- You haven’t said if he munched
The horns and the hooves.
_______________________- I say,
My curious boy, the wolves may
Eat meat with bones, but Wolf ate
Only the meat, and he left
The horns and the hooves. Then
He went away.
______________- What a sad end!
Billy-goat was eaten.
I’d like Wolf to be beaten.
