Terror-Struck? Poem by Dr John Celes

When terror strikes your very doors,
Unleashing deaths like ‘bolts from blue’,
And taking all by surprise too,
Just ask yourself why this happens?

When terror struck your neighbor’s doors,
And you defended militants,
Not bringing them to justice fast –
God measures you in like measure?

No sane of hearts will terrorize!
No human beings good will kill;
No hate-less souls can kill by scores;
All those on earth must love brethren.

Death is the same that comes to all;
Death is tragic when premature;
Death of children is heinous crime;
Just evil minds car-bomb brothers!

Terrorists cause panic, chaos;
Terrorists spread fear through bullets;
Terrorists gain, when we divide;
No God will support evil-minds!

Let world unite to fight terror!
Let none protect a terrorist;
Let lives of citizens be safe;
Let’s value lives across the globe!
