Thank You My Friend
Hey friend please sit down
I have something to say
It will only take up
A small part of your day
I just want to thank you
For always being there for me
Whenever I was in trouble
Your smile always set me free
When I needed friendly advise
You spoke such magic words
All the things you ever said
I want you to know I heard
When I needed a shoulder
To cry a tear or two
You were always close at hand
You always let me lean on you
I just wanted you to klnow
I've never forgotten you
And all those wonderful things
That you would always do
