Thanks Poem by Rhonda Baker

Thanks

Rating: 5.0

People have drawn into their shells
Layering on armor as a snowstorm swells
Stoking the home fires, big and bright
Cloudless, clear star filled night
A stark landscape is all that you see
Tucked inside each home a family
Giving thanks for what they have received
All through the day and into the eve
