Thanks? Poem by Riya Gangwar

Thanks?

For showing me different colors of a person,
I say thank you,
For letting me drain all that is inside my heart,
I say thank you,
For making me stand on my own, while I broke down,
I say thank you,
For allowing me to have a never happening dream,
I say thank you,
For all the hours of joy turned into days of scream,
I say thank you,
What I am is something you always knew,
How am I, is something you could never knew,
Where you are standing I already have been,
Saw the things that you have never seen,
Don't make same mistake I made to learn,
Many things out there can never be undone,
What you see, what you feel, is not true life,
All things are worthless for which you strive,
Tell a blind man, world is so dull, he will believe,
What you never know is, the colourful world he will live,
For adding these colours, and taking my eyes,
I say thank you,
Have these deceiving eyes if that pleases you,
I would again say thank you,
There is only one thing in world that I hate most,
Doing that again and again, you never did stop,
From a slowly moving guy hard as a rock,
Now leaving you when became totally broke,
For softening me from a rock to finest sand,
I say thank you,
For all the time I never took my own stand,
I say thank you,
There was always just you, believe it or not,
Yet fit into the picture, I still could not,
For all the moments of my insinuation,
I lastly say you thank you.
