you left us for another guy
you never gave a reason why
you never said what we did wrong
and all we know is that your gone
you moved away from us that day
and yet even then you wouldn't say
what we did to push you away
our lives are different, yet the same
as we travel on through time
maybe someday you will find a way
to tell us what we did that day
