That Night Remembrance Poem by Erin Hanson

That Night Remembrance

remember the past,
when i was young,
and your always a year older.
seems like this moment is lasting
forever,
you carry my heart,
in this battle,
never wished, hoped dreamed,
on this night mare,
story you wrought,
came to an end that night.
the end smashed
to ink the paper.
without you by my side,
its not the same,
day by day.
cant bare to hide,
the things i feel,
im lost without you.
i miss you.
rough start, always a new beg.
