That Special Thing Between Us


I never expected.

Never in my mind did it hit.

All along I thought we’re just friends for keeps.


Oh, oh, I had a crush on you at first.

But then I brushed it off just quick.

And decided I’ll enjoy our friendship.


We became good buddies.

You have shared a lot of things.

We can actually talk about anything without fears.


Over the days that passes.

You’ve let me know about your girls.

And a lot of your adventures I didn’t miss.


What I really enjoy though the best.

It’s when you talk about your mom and your Trish.

I’ve seen a different you because of these.


As we go through this course.

We didn’t notice that something will go across.

Then we just realize there’s something special on us both.
