The Air I Breathe Poem by Joyce Hemsley

The Air I Breathe

Forty Words:

Although I live on my own
I never 'go it alone'
On the wide world I rely
Or I would wither and die.
I depend on the doctor
The plumber, the builder,
I am dependency-prone
In the overreliance zone.
