The Atheists In Their Folly

THE ATHEISTS IN THEIR FOLLY

The atheists in their folly
Celebrate the alleged ‘death of God’.

In the end all of us will be nothing.

Only God can save us
Only God.

I like your pseudonym, sir. And though this is an interesting poem, I have to disagree. If we all become nothing when this is all over, (which I agree with, as I don't believe in an afterlife, or a god for that matter (and I think organized and forced-upon religion has been the greatest plague in the history of man) than LIFE is truly our only savior. We are all born and we all must die but what we choose to do in the time between is a sacred and wonderful thing. So live love, love life and keep writing poetry.
