The Beautiful Lady Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

“My hear missed a beat”
When found seat
Near beautiful lady in train
The smile was definitely retained

We exchanged few good words
As the journey was to go onward
We needed someone to start
She smiled little as the train departed

Since I am little romantic poet
I could not keep quiet
I took full care to not to allenate
Opened nice conversation to start

“What a nice journey” my heart to responded
It had so far not experience
Such nice company in moving train
I took it as mere chance and remained calm

No doubt she was beautiful
With slim figure and shyness too
She too might have thought of good company
As the compartment was full with not so many

Yes heart had unique feeling of joy
She was not here to offer me joy or annoy
But it was journey with beautiful lady
I had braced up my self already
