The Blues Poem by Jayne Doe

The Blues

I'll take the grass and greenery
The yellow and the sun
Give me lots of pretty roses,
Either pink or red
I'll accept the white of snowflakes
Or a grey bunny passing by
An orange tabby cat is fine
Or purple grapes to munch
I'll take almost anything
But the ocean or the sky
For I've had enough of all the blues
No more will be just fine.
