The Buildings Poem by Samuel Stuart Pennell

The Buildings

The sun was setting-
And the buildings were yellow,
As though they had all been dipped in gold.

With a little rearranging this could be a Haiku. Adeline

i get this considering you seem to speak a lot of heaven i believe the sun setting is a representation of the passing of life, and the houses represent perhaps our living souls? i think the overall message is that in the end of our life we are all indeed rich as we pass into a world or 'golden' proportions very well done ROCCO
