The Burning Meteor
Love is like the burning meteor
Swirling across the expending universe
With all its wondrous aspect of affection
Loyal to its infinite orbital journey
No matter how dark or cold
Regardless of time and circumstances
Waiting for the moment to collide with fate
Either to become one with destiny
Or to be apart from it
And sometimes, like the meteor
It crashes and burns into nothingness
