The Butterfly Queen Poem by Tsani Jones

The Butterfly Queen

Rating: 5.0

She flies from the east,
And I from the west,
My mate flitters to me
Giving soft butterfly
Kisses that light me with my passion.

She is soft,
Beautiful, and sweet
With nature's elixir,
The love from her touch
Warms me like fire on a snowy day.

I tousle her, enfold her,
Take the touch I crave
Feel her gentleness
And take her warm, inviting,
Into my own.

Nature would have it this way.

We spiral towards the ground,
As the other silly humans watch,
Every kiss an eternity,
Every caress of love an
Epiphany of all that is right in the world.

Nothing is as pure as
Our butterfly kiss,
Nothing as sacrosanct as
Our butterfly love,
And nothing as powerful as her butterfly touch.

She is my tender Queen,
Immaculate in solace,
Beautiful in her fury
Perfect in her passion,
My missing piece in eternity.

So I flit against her because she
Is my only love,
She nuzzles my throat because she
Feels my love and shares my fever of romance
In the split second of a camera clock.

My Queen is my life,
My Love,
My Passion,
My Perfection.
She is my butterfly kiss.
