The Candle Poem by Antonio Liao

The Candle

just a single light
brighten the dark, simple yet tricking
beyond compare
once I run to off the light
comes a little dark, that disturbed
the lamp, as it ends
the milted candle light no more

hear oh! Lord the silent of the heart
vain comes to flame the
settle soul, fast as fury
break it before lives, for what
ever is toil the grain will grow

I stand before the jury
naked and dumb; my heart tremble and
the seeking nerves look to rest
for even the light
fall to sleep, make the best to climb
the highest pedestal and learn
to stop

the saddle stand at the ladder,
watching to fall to the
ground...
