The Cave Poem by Zyw Zywa

The Cave

Rating: 5.0

The window is up
trains thundering along
blow fresher air inside

Time would stand still here
if there was no light driving across the room
we go

I put away the folders
pull down the window
and the blinds

Peter is thinking
without saying a word
he turns off the light

and closes up
'Till tomorrow'
again
