The Champaca Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

The Champaca

Rating: 5.0

Its gives both the fairness and charm that it imparts
Fragile yet so sure of its life reasons.
To bring forth some joy in restless human hearts
The champaca glows in innocent abandon

The flower blooms like warm sunshine unfolding,
In golden yellow satin petals laid,
With a sweet scent that is so mesmerizing
For the God Who made it, its praises were paid!

What a well written lovely poem, love the metaphor used with the champaca flower. Couldn't give it any less then a 10 for this wonderful peace of art. Great job Regards Tia
