The Chrysolite Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

The Chrysolite

The table and its utensils,
And of the heads over the people!
But listen to me and i will give you a sound advice.
Able men and women,
And like the first time to show your love to the thousands!
But the last will be remembered like the Sabbath.
Every man and his companion is like a calf dancing on a stage with,
An awesome thing at hand to use always;
But these are the acts from the elders of my people around.

The chrysolite, an onyx and the jasper!
The poles went into the rings of love;
And like the first day of the first moon,
But bring in the tables to set out the things of love on them.

You are flying on the sweet wings of the eagle but listen to me,
For the mountains' view are limited to you now;
And like the first time to show your love to the thousands!
But these are part of the acts from your mind up high.
